Support — Emerald Lite and VizAi Tech
Email matt@vizaitech.com for app support, privacy questions or account/data requests. Include the app name, app version, phone model, operating-system version, and a short description of what happened. Never send your password, sign-in code or private recordings in an initial support message.
Getting started
Both apps require an existing authorized organization account. Ask your organization administrator about access. There is no public sign-up or in-app purchase flow.
Emerald Lite records silent video from compatible Meta glasses, shows the live view during recording, and lets you sync and play recordings in your private Library. VizAi Tech supports assigned Repair Orders, Steps, timers, notes, recordings and explicit completion. Voice and visual assistance depend on your organization's enabled features.
Glasses connection
Use supported Meta glasses, the required Meta companion app, a supported phone and current compatible firmware. Pair the glasses in the companion app, then connect from the app's Settings and grant the requested permissions. A Meta integration invitation or other eligibility may be required while access is limited. Installing from Google Play alone does not grant that eligibility.
Recording and sync
Keep the glasses connected during capture. Use Stop & save when finished. If upload is interrupted, keep the original app data and use the available retry/sync controls after reconnecting. In Emerald Lite, open Library and tap Retry sync. Do not uninstall the app or clear storage while an unsynced video is still needed. Signing out is not a deletion request.
For account or content removal, follow the Account and data deletion steps. Our Privacy Policy explains the information these apps process.
