You'll be the person who makes sure what we ship actually holds up in the field. That means writing automated tests, building repeatable test plans for our glasses and service workflows, reproducing tricky device and network issues, and turning what you find into clear, actionable reports for the developers who fix it.

You're comfortable reading code and writing it, you've worked with web or mobile apps end-to-end, and you know how to use a bug report to make a product better rather than to blame someone. Experience with hardware, wearables, computer vision, or AR is a plus, not a requirement.

While our team is out in the field signing new clients, you'll be the person who gets them up and running. That means setting up each company's profile in our software, shipping out the hardware they need, handling invoices and incoming payments, and making sure every new customer has a smooth first few weeks.

You're organized, friendly on the phone and over email, and comfortable learning new software quickly. Experience in customer success, office operations, or a service department is a plus.
